自助排查

- 若正常启动失败，再次进入恢复菜单，选择 “Wipe data/factory reset” 清除用户数据并恢复出厂设置。注意：此操作会清除所有个人设置和已安装应用。
- 在 TCL 官网下载对应机型的完整固件包，将固件文件复制到 FAT32 格式的 U 盘根目录，在恢复菜单中选择 “Apply update from USB” 进行手动刷机。
- 如果电视无法进入恢复菜单（卡在 Logo 且无任何操作选项），按住机身特定按键组合（因机型而异，通常为电源键+音量键）强制进入刷机模式。
