  1. 断电后拆下控制板,目视检查洗涤电机驱动区域的可控硅本体是否有炸裂、烧焦痕迹,周边PCB是否有变色或铜箔烧断。2. 使用万用表二极管档测量可控硅T1/T2/G极间的压降,正常可控硅G-T1应显示0.6-0.8V,T1-T2应为开路,异常(短路或完全不导通)则需要更换控制板。3. 断开电机线束,测量洗涤电机各绕组电阻(通常2-20Ω),检查是否对地短路(绕组与地之间应无穷大)。4. 检查电机线束从控制板到电机的整段线路,确认无破损、无与机壳搭铁短路。5. 检查电机线束插头端子是否氧化、退针或烧蚀。6. 如可控硅损坏,确认电机绕组正常后更换原厂控制板;若电机绕组短路则需同时更换电机和控制板。

Wash motor triac (TRIAC/thyristor) failure on the control board. The control board detects that the triac responsible for driving the wash motor in forward/reverse direction has failed open or shorted, and cannot properly control motor operation.

Common Causes

  1. Wash motor winding short circuit causing triac overcurrent damage. 2. Wash drive triac on the control board failed short (shorted) or open (blown). 3. Cold solder joint or cracked solder pad on the control board interrupting the motor drive circuit. 4. Repeated power line surges damaging the triac drive circuit. 5. Motor wiring harness insulation chafed through, shorting to chassis and delivering momentary overcurrent to the triac. 6. Corroded or loose motor harness connector terminals.

Self-Check Steps

  1. Remove control board with power off and visually inspect the wash motor drive triac for cracks, burn marks, or package rupture; check surrounding PCB for discoloration or lifted traces. 2. Using a multimeter in diode mode, measure voltage drop across triac terminals T1/T2/Gate. A healthy triac should show 0.6-0.8V between gate and T1, and open circuit between T1-T2. Short across any pair or completely open indicates failure — replace the control board. 3. Disconnect motor harness and measure each motor winding resistance (typically 2-20Ω). Check for short to ground (infinite resistance between each winding terminal and ground). 4. Inspect the full motor harness path from control board to motor for chafed insulation or metal-to-chassis contact. 5. Examine harness connector pins for oxidation, pushed-back terminals, or burn marks. 6. If the triac is damaged but motor windings measure normal, replace the control board with an OEM part. If the motor winding is shorted, replace both the motor and control board.
