E1 为门锁机构故障。洗衣机启动前需锁定门锁以保证安全。门锁无法锁定或锁定信号异常时触发 E1，洗衣机无法开始洗涤或中途停机。
常见原因
- PTC 双金属片门锁线圈开路
- 门钩与门锁对位不准
- 门锁连接线束断裂
- 控制板门锁驱动继电器不吸合
自助排查
- 检查洗衣机门是否能正常关闭，门钩是否有断裂或变形。
- 用力推紧门后重新启动程序，如非滚筒门机型需确认上盖是否合到位。
- 用万用表测量门锁线圈阻值（通常数百欧），无穷大说明线圈开路。
- 检查门锁连接线束是否从端子处松脱。
- 若门锁机构损坏，需更换同型号门锁，联系海信售后或自行购买更换。

Door lock mechanism fault. The washer must lock the door before starting a cycle for safety. When the door cannot lock or the lock signal is abnormal, E1 is triggered.

Self-Check Steps
- Check whether the washer door closes properly and the door latch is not broken or deformed.
- Push the door firmly closed and restart the cycle; for top-loaders, ensure the lid is fully closed.
- Use a multimeter to measure the door lock coil resistance (typically hundreds of ohms); infinite indicates open circuit.
- Check whether the door lock wiring harness has come loose from its terminal.
- If the door lock mechanism is damaged, replace with the same type; contact Hisense service or purchase a replacement.
