常见原因

3. 门锁连接线束断裂

自助排查

1. 检查洗衣机门是否能正常关闭，门钩是否有断裂或变形。
2. 用力推紧门后重新启动程序，如非滚筒门机型需确认上盖是否合到位。
3. 用万用表测量门锁线圈阻值（通常数百欧），无穷大说明线圈开路。
4. 检查门锁连接线束是否从端子处松脱。
5. 若门锁机构损坏，需更换同型号门锁，联系海信售后或自行购买更换。

Self-Check Steps

3. Use a multimeter to measure the door lock coil resistance (typically hundreds of ohms); infinite indicates open circuit.
4. Check whether the door lock wiring harness has come loose from its terminal.
5. If the door lock mechanism is damaged, replace with the same type; contact Hisense service or purchase a replacement.
