E4 为脱水不平衡报警。脱水阶段滚筒内衣物分布严重不均匀，导致滚筒偏心过大，为保护机器和降低噪音，洗衣机降低转速或停止脱水。

常见原因

2. 洗衣机未水平放置
3. 减震器（阻尼器）磨损
4. 混凝土配重块松动

自助排查

1. 暂停程序，打开门重新均匀分布衣物，或添加适量衣物平衡负载。
2. 避免单独洗涤一件大件吸水衣物，可与小件衣物混合洗涤。
3. 检查洗衣机四脚是否着地平稳，用水平尺测量，调整底脚使机器水平。
4. 按压滚筒，感受减震效果，如滚筒晃动过大可能减震器老化。
5. 若调整后仍频繁报 E4，减震器或悬挂系统可能损坏，联系海信售后检修。

Self-Check Steps

1. Pause the cycle, open the door and redistribute the laundry evenly, or add more items to balance the load.
2. Avoid washing a single large absorbent item alone; mix with smaller items.
3. Check that all four feet are stable on the floor; use a spirit level and adjust the feet to level the machine.
4. Press down on the drum to feel the damping effect; excessive wobbling suggests worn shock absorbers.
5. If E4 persists frequently after adjustments, the shock absorber or suspension system may need repair; contact Hisense service.
