E2 为排水超时报警。洗衣机在设定时间内未能将水排至目标水位，控制器判定排水系统异常。

常见原因

1. 排水泵被异物堵塞（硬币、纽扣、发夹等）
2. 排水管弯折或压扁
3. 排水过滤器堵塞
4. 排水泵叶轮卡死
5. 排水泵电机烧毁

自助排查

1. 检查排水管是否弯折或被重物压住，理顺排水管。
2. 找到洗衣机底部的排水过滤器盖，打开前先用容器接残留水，清理过滤器内异物。
3. 将排水管从地漏口取下，观察排水是否顺畅，排除地漏堵塞。
4. 倾听排水泵是否发出嗡嗡声但不排水，如叶轮卡住需清理。
5. 如排水泵完全不工作且已排除堵塞，需更换排水泵，联系海信售后。

Self-Check Steps

1. Check whether the drain hose is kinked or pinched by heavy objects; straighten the hose.
2. Locate the drain filter cover at the bottom of the washer; place a container to catch residual water before opening, then clean out debris.
3. Remove the drain hose from the standpipe and check for smooth drainage to rule out a blocked standpipe.
4. Listen for humming from the drain pump without water being expelled; the impeller may be jammed and needs clearing.
5. If the drain pump does not work at all and blockages have been ruled out, the pump needs replacement; contact Hisense service.
