E6 为洗涤水温加热故障。洗衣机内置加热管用于提高洗涤水温，加热异常（不加热或加热失控）触发 E6 报警。

常见原因

4. 加热回路温度保险丝熔断

自助排查

1. 选择常温洗涤模式（不带加热），观察洗衣机是否能正常完成该程序。
2. 如常温洗涤正常但加热洗涤报 E6，说明加热回路有问题。
3. 用万用表测量加热管阻值（通常为数十欧），无穷大说明加热管烧断。
4. 检查加热管接线端子是否有烧焦痕迹。
5. 加热管或温度保险丝更换涉及拆卸外筒，建议联系海信售后处理。

Self-Check Steps

1. Select a cold water wash cycle (no heating) and observe whether the washer completes the program normally.

3. Use a multimeter to measure the heating element resistance (typically tens of ohms); infinite indicates burnout.
4. Inspect the heating element wiring terminals for burn marks.
5. Replacing the heating element or thermal fuse requires removing the outer drum; contact Hisense service.
