E3 为进水超时报警。洗衣机在规定时间内水位未到达目标设定值，系统判断进水异常。

常见原因

1. 水龙头未打开或水压过低
2. 进水管弯折堵塞
3. 进水阀电磁线圈烧毁
4. 水位传感器导气管脱落

自助排查

1. 检查水龙头是否已完全打开，家中是否停水或水压过低。
2. 检查进水管是否有弯折，拧下进水管检查进水口过滤网是否被泥沙堵塞。
3. 用万用表测量进水阀线圈阻值（约 3-5kΩ），无穷大为开路。
4. 打开洗衣机顶盖，检查水位传感器导气管是否脱落或破损。
5. 若进水阀或传感器损坏，需更换配件，联系海信售后或自行购买更换。

Self-Check Steps

1. Check whether the water tap is fully open and the home water supply is on with adequate pressure.
2. Check for kinks in the inlet hose; unscrew the hose and check the inlet mesh filter for sand or debris.
3. Use a multimeter to measure the inlet valve coil resistance (about 3-5kΩ); infinite indicates open circuit.
4. Open the washer top cover and check whether the water level sensor air hose is disconnected or damaged.
5. If the inlet valve or sensor is damaged, replace the part; contact Hisense service or purchase a replacement.
