常见原因
- 主温控器（机械式限温器）失效，未能在超温时断开加热回路

- 散热风扇不工作（参见 E6）导致热量积聚无法排出
- 加热管继电器触点粘连，无法断开加热电源

自助排查
- 立即断电：E8 为严重故障，请立即拔掉电源插头让烤箱在通风处自然冷却至少 30 分钟
- 检查散热通风：确认烤箱四周和背部散热通风口没有被遮挡或堵塞
- 检查风扇运行：通电后选择一个低温程序（如 100°C），观察散热风扇是否正常运转
- 检查传感器：用万用表测量温度传感器阻值是否在正常范围（常温 10kΩ-100kΩ），同时对比烤箱显示温度与独立温度计的差异

Oven overheat protection triggered. E8 indicates the oven cavity temperature has exceeded the safe threshold (typically > 280°C-300°C). The main control chip activates overheat protection and cuts off heating output. This is a critical fault — the cause of overheating must be resolved before using the oven again.
Common Causes
- Mechanical thermostat failure — unable to open the heating circuit when overheating occurs
- Faulty temperature detection circuit on main board, causing delayed error response well beyond set temperature
- Cooling fan failure (see E6) causing heat buildup without dissipation
- Stuck relay contacts holding the heating element powered on
- Temperature sensor characteristic drift — reported temperature lower than actual (sensor intact but biased)
- Blocked exhaust duct or insufficient ventilation during extended high-temperature cooking
Self-Check Steps
- Immediately unplug: E8 is a critical fault. Immediately disconnect power and let the oven cool naturally in a ventilated area for at least 30 minutes
- Check ventilation: Ensure the oven’s side and rear ventilation openings are not blocked or obstructed
- Check fan operation: Select a low-temperature program (e.g., 100°C) and observe whether the cooling fan runs properly
- Check sensor: Measure sensor resistance with a multimeter (normal room-temperature range: 10kΩ-100kΩ). Compare the oven display temperature against an independent thermometer
