常见原因
- 水龙头未打开或家中停水，进水电磁阀无法吸入水流。
- 进水阀入口处的过滤网被水垢、铁锈或泥沙颗粒堵塞，水流受阻。
- 进水电磁阀线圈断路或阀芯卡死，阀门无法在通电时开启。
- 水位传感器（压力开关）气管脱落、破损或被异物堵塞，无法正确传递水位压力信号。
- 控制主板未向进水阀输出正确的供电信号，或进水阀供电回路损坏。
自助排查
- 确认家中水龙头已完全打开且自来水供应正常，检查同楼层其他水龙头是否有水。
- 关闭水龙头，旋下进水管与洗衣机连接端，取出进水阀过滤网，用旧牙刷刷洗滤网上的碎屑和铁锈，再用清水冲洗干净后装回。
- 检查进水胶管是否有弯折或压扁，确保管路从水龙头到洗衣机的走向顺畅，无死折。
- 打开机顶盖（上开盖机型）或后盖（前开盖机型），目视检查水位传感器连接的气管是否松脱、断裂或有冷凝水聚集。
- 完成以上检查后重新上电运行一个短洗涤程序。若仍报 E10，请联系富及第售后维修进水阀及控制主板。

E10 indicates a water fill error. After the washer starts the fill cycle, the water level sensor failed to detect the target water level signal within the specified time (typically 4–8 minutes), and the controller determined that normal filling was not possible, interrupting the program. This fault stops the washer and requires inspection of the water supply path and inlet valve system.
Common Causes
- The water tap is turned off or there is a water outage in the home; the inlet solenoid valve cannot draw water flow.
- The inlet valve intake filter screen is clogged with scale, rust, or sand particles, obstructing water flow.
- The inlet solenoid valve coil is open-circuit or the valve core is stuck, preventing the valve from opening when energized.
- The air hose of the water level sensor (pressure switch) is detached, cracked, or blocked by debris, unable to correctly transmit water level pressure signals.
- The control board is not outputting the correct supply voltage to the inlet valve, or the inlet valve power circuit is damaged.
Self-Check Steps
- Confirm the water tap is fully open and that water supply to the home is normal — check whether other faucets on the same floor have water.
- Turn off the tap, disconnect the inlet hose from the washer, remove the inlet valve filter screen, scrub off debris and rust with an old toothbrush, rinse with clean water, and reinstall.
- Inspect the inlet hose for kinks or crushing; ensure the hose runs smoothly from the tap to the washer without sharp bends.
- Open the top cover (top-load models) or rear panel (front-load models) and visually check whether the air hose connected to the water level sensor is loose, detached, cracked, or has condensed water trapped inside.
- After completing these checks, power on the washer and run a short wash program. If E10 persists, contact Frigidaire after-sales service for inlet valve and control board repair.
