E30 表示门锁故障——门无法锁定。在洗涤或脱水程序启动前，控制器需通过门锁开关检测门是否已可靠关闭并上锁；若在规定时间内未收到门锁闭合信号，系统将中断启动并显示 E30。出于安全考虑（尤其是滚筒高速脱水时），门锁失效将导致所有运行程序被禁止。

常见原因

1. 门未完全关闭到位，门钩与门锁卡扣之间存在错位或缝隙。
2. 门锁组件（PTC 热敏门锁）老化，内部双金属片不能正常加热形变以完成机械锁止。
3. 门挂钩弹簧损坏或门钩变形，关门后无法稳定扣入门锁机构。
4. 门封圈（橡胶密封圈）变形、移位或嵌入异物，导致门体与机身前框无法密合。
5. 门锁与控制主板间连接线束断线、插头松脱或插针氧化，导致锁止反馈信号无法传回主板。

自助排查

1. 打开门，检查门封圈四周是否有衣物夹在门与机框之间，清理门封圈沟槽内的异物，确保门封圈平整。
2. 检查门钩（门体上的金属/塑料锁扣）是否松动或变形，尝试用手推动门钩看其能否自由回弹。
3. 通电但不启动程序，反复开关门 3–5 次，听是否有清晰的”咔嗒”锁止声；若无，可能门锁组件动作异常。
4. 若门上指示灯或显示面板在关门前后无任何变化（如门锁图标不亮），可拔下电源插头等待 5 分钟后重新上电再试。
5. 以上步骤无效时，不要强行使用或短接门锁开关——请联系富及第售后更换门锁组件。

E30 indicates a door lock fault — the door cannot lock. Before a wash or spin cycle starts, the controller must verify via the door lock switch that the door is securely closed and locked. If no door lock engagement signal is received within the specified time, the system aborts startup and displays E30. For safety reasons (especially during high-speed spin), a door lock failure prevents all program operation.

Common Causes

1. The door is not fully closed; there is a misalignment or gap between the door hook and the door lock catch.
2. The door lock assembly (PTC thermal door lock) is aging, and the internal bimetal strip cannot heat and deform properly to complete mechanical locking.
3. The door hook spring is damaged or the hook is deformed, preventing it from reliably engaging the lock mechanism after closing.
4. The door gasket (rubber seal) is deformed, displaced, or has foreign objects embedded, preventing a proper seal between the door and the front frame.
5. The wiring harness between the door lock and the control board is broken, the connector is loose, or the pins are oxidized, preventing the lock feedback signal from reaching the main board.

Self-Check Steps

1. Open the door and check around the door gasket for any clothing caught between the door and the frame. Clean out any debris from the gasket groove and ensure the gasket sits flat.
2. Inspect the door hook (the metal/plastic latch on the door body) for looseness or deformation. Try pressing the hook by hand to see if it springs back freely.
3. With the washer powered on but no program running, open and close the door 3–5 times. Listen for a clear “click” locking sound; if absent, the door lock assembly may be malfunctioning.
4. If the door indicator light or display panel shows no change when opening/closing the door (e.g., the lock icon does not illuminate), unplug the power cord for 5 minutes, then reconnect and retry.
5. If the steps above do not resolve the issue, do not force the door or bypass the lock switch — contact Frigidaire after-sales service to replace the door lock assembly.
