扫地机器人左侧驱动轮卡住或过载。E1 表示左驱动轮的电机电流检测值超过正常范围,车轮被异物缠住、卡死或减速传感器(霍尔/编码器)反馈异常。
常见原因
- 左侧驱动轮被电线、头发或地毯纤维缠住。
- 驱动轮内部齿轮卡入异物(小石子、螺丝等)。
- 驱动轮悬挂臂卡死无法正常上下浮动。
- 驱动轮电机碳刷磨损导致电流异常。
- 左轮编码器或霍尔传感器故障,无法输出转速信号。
- 主板左轮驱动电路(H 桥或 MOSFET)损坏。
自助排查
- 取出机器人,将左侧驱动轮朝上,用手转动车轮——应能平稳转动。若转动困难或卡顿,说明有异物缠绕。
- 使用小螺丝刀或镊子清理驱动轮轴上的头发和纤维——特别是轮轴根部。
- 清理驱动轮内部——拆下驱动轮模块(通常只需拧下几颗螺丝),检查齿轮箱是否有异物。
- 检查驱动轮悬挂臂能否自由上下活动——若卡死,清理悬挂臂周围的积尘。
- 清理后重新安装驱动轮,重启机器人测试。若仍报 E1,联系 TCL 售后更换驱动轮模块。

Meaning
The left drive wheel is stuck or overloaded. E1 indicates the left wheel motor current reading exceeds the normal range — the wheel is entangled, jammed, or the speed sensor (Hall/encoder) feedback is abnormal.
Common Causes
- The left drive wheel is entangled with wires, hair, or carpet fibers.
- Foreign objects (small stones, screws, etc.) have lodged in the drive wheel gears.
- The drive wheel suspension arm is stuck and cannot move freely up and down.
- The drive wheel motor carbon brushes are worn, causing abnormal current.
- The left wheel encoder or Hall sensor is faulty and cannot output speed signals.
- The left wheel drive circuit (H-bridge or MOSFET) on the main board is damaged.
Self-Check Steps
- Remove the robot, turn it with the left drive wheel facing up, and manually spin the wheel — it should rotate smoothly. If rotation is difficult or jerky, there is an obstruction.
- Use a small screwdriver or tweezers to remove hair and fibers wound around the wheel axle — especially near the base of the axle.
- Clean the inside of the drive wheel — remove the drive wheel module (usually just a few screws) and inspect the gearbox for foreign objects.
- Check that the drive wheel suspension arm moves up and down freely — if stuck, clean accumulated dust around the suspension.
- Reinstall the drive wheel after cleaning, restart the robot, and test. If E1 persists, contact TCL after-sales for drive wheel module replacement.
