扫地机器人吸尘风机（主吸力电机）故障。E5 表示吸尘风机不转或转速反馈异常，机器人吸力大幅下降甚至完全无吸力。
常见原因
- 风机电机绕组烧毁或内部断路，电机完全停止运转。
- 风机轴承磨损异响或卡死，转速异常。
- 风机叶轮被异物（纸片、碎屑、毛发团）卡住无法转动。
- 风机电机驱动 MOS 管击穿，电机不受控制。
- 风机供电电压异常（如电池电压不足导致风机无法满速运行）。
- 风机测速（霍尔）传感器故障。
自助排查
- 取出尘盒，检查风机进风口是否有异物堵塞——用镊子取出卡在进风口的大块杂物。
- 通电但不要启动清洁，用手放在机器人底部吸风口——轻轻拨动风机叶轮（如有开口可以触及）检查是否有阻力或异响。
- 听风机启动声音——若有”嗡嗡”声但叶轮不转，说明电机卡住但通电。
- 重启机器人——若 E5 偶尔出现，可能为一次性软件故障。
- 风机电机更换需要开盖更换整个风机组件，建议联系 TCL 售后维修。

Meaning
The vacuum fan motor (main suction motor) has failed. E5 indicates the suction fan is not spinning or speed feedback is abnormal; the robot’s suction power is greatly reduced or completely absent.
Common Causes
- The fan motor winding is burned out or internally open; the motor has stopped completely.
- The fan bearings are worn, making noise, or seized; speed is abnormal.
- The fan impeller is jammed by foreign objects (paper pieces, debris, hair clumps) and cannot rotate.
- The fan motor drive MOSFET has shorted; the motor is out of control.
- Abnormal fan supply voltage (e.g., low battery preventing the fan from reaching full speed).
- The fan Hall speed sensor is faulty.
Self-Check Steps
- Remove the dust bin and check whether the fan inlet is blocked by debris — use tweezers to remove large objects stuck at the inlet.
- Power on the robot but do not start cleaning. Place your hand at the suction opening on the bottom — if accessible, gently turn the fan impeller to check for resistance or unusual noise.
- Listen for the fan startup sound — a “humming” sound without the impeller spinning indicates the motor is powered but jammed.
- Restart the robot — if E5 appears occasionally, it may be a one-time software glitch.
- Fan motor replacement requires opening the robot and replacing the entire fan assembly. Contact TCL after-sales for repair.
