扫地机器人主滚刷卡住或过载。E4 表示主滚刷电机电流异常——滚刷被头发缠绕严重、被异物卡住或电机测速异常。

常见原因

1. 主滚刷上缠绕了大量头发和纤维，导致滚刷无法正常转动。
2. 滚刷轴承处进入异物（硬物、碎屑）卡住。
3. 滚刷端盖未安装到位或脱出，滚刷与地面摩擦面卡滞。
4. 滚刷电机皮带松弛或断裂。
5. 滚刷电机碳刷磨损或电机烧毁。
6. 滚刷盖板未正确安装，与滚刷接触过紧。

自助排查

1. 取出主滚刷，用随机附带的清洁工具或剪刀清理滚刷上缠绕的头发和线头。
2. 清理滚刷两端轴承座内的杂物——用镊子取出卡在轴承座里的碎屑。
3. 检查滚刷端盖是否完好——若端盖磨损或脱落需更换。
4. 检查滚刷盖板是否安装到位——重新安装确保卡扣扣紧。
5. 清理后装回滚刷，开机测试。若 E4 仍存在，主刷电机可能已损坏，联系 TCL 售后更换主刷电机或滚刷组件。

The main roller brush is stuck or overloaded. E4 indicates abnormal main brush motor current — the roller brush is heavily entangled with hair, jammed by foreign objects, or the motor speed sensor is abnormal.

Common Causes

1. Large amounts of hair and fibers wound around the main roller brush, preventing normal rotation.
2. Foreign objects (hard debris, particles) lodged in the roller brush bearings.
3. The roller brush end cap is not properly installed or has come off, causing the brush to bind against the floor.
4. The roller brush motor belt is loose or broken.
5. The roller brush motor carbon brushes are worn or the motor is burned out.
6. The roller brush cover is not correctly installed, pressing too tightly against the brush.

Self-Check Steps

1. Remove the main roller brush and use the included cleaning tool or scissors to remove hair and threads wound around the brush.
2. Clean debris from the bearing housings at both ends of the roller brush — use tweezers to extract lodged particles.
3. Check that the roller brush end caps are intact — replace if worn or detached.
4. Check whether the roller brush cover is properly installed — reseat it and ensure the clips are firmly engaged.
