扫地机器人边刷（侧刷）电机过载或堵转。E3 表示边刷旋转受阻，电机电流超出正常范围。边刷用于清扫墙角和边缘的灰尘，被缠绕或卡住后无法正常旋转。
常见原因
- 边刷被头发或线头紧紧缠绕在转轴上。
- 边刷与地面摩擦过度——边刷磨损变短或地面高低差导致阻力增大。
- 边刷轴内有异物（小石子、硬物）卡住。
- 边刷电机内部减速齿轮因长期磨损打滑或卡死。
- 边刷电机霍尔测速故障。
- 边刷安装不当——未完全推入或螺丝未拧紧导致运行时偏斜卡住。
自助排查
- 将机器人翻转，取下边刷检查刷毛是否被头发缠绕——用剪刀清理转轴上的缠绕物。
- 检查边刷刷毛是否磨损严重——若刷毛长度明显变短，更换新边刷。
- 清理边刷下方的转轴孔——用镊子清除孔内的杂物。
- 重新安装边刷，确保边刷完全推入轴位且安装螺丝已拧紧。
- 清理后重启测试。若 E3 仍出现，边刷电机可能已损坏，联系 TCL 售后更换边刷电机组件。

Meaning
The side brush motor is overloaded or stalled. E3 indicates the side brush rotation is obstructed and motor current exceeds the normal range. The side brush cleans dust along walls and edges; it cannot spin properly when entangled or jammed.
Common Causes
- The side brush is tightly wound with hair or thread around the shaft.
- Excessive friction between the side brush and the floor — worn brush bristles or floor height variations increase resistance.
- Foreign objects (small stones, hard debris) lodged in the side brush shaft.
- The side brush motor’s internal reduction gears are worn and slipping or seized.
- The side brush motor Hall speed sensor is faulty.
- Improper side brush installation — not fully pushed into place or loose mounting screw causing the brush to tilt and bind during operation.
Self-Check Steps
- Flip the robot over, remove the side brush, and check whether the bristles are entangled with hair — use scissors to cut away tangled material from the shaft.
- Check whether the side brush bristles are severely worn — if noticeably shorter, replace with a new side brush.
- Clean the shaft hole under the side brush — use tweezers to remove any debris inside.
- Reinstall the side brush, ensuring it is fully pushed onto the shaft and the mounting screw is tightened.
