常见原因
- 电池使用时间过长，锂电池内阻增大、容量衰减严重。
- 机器人长时间未充电，电池自然放电至过放保护点。
- 充电座未通电或充电座接触不良，机器人未成功充电。
- 电池保护板 BMS 过放保护误触发。
- 机器人未能自动回充成功，多次寻座失败后电量耗尽。
- 充电触点氧化导致充电接触不良，充电效率低。
自助排查
- 将机器人直接放到充电座上，确保充电座指示灯亮起且机器人上的充电触点与充电座金属片对齐接触良好。
- 用干布擦拭机器人底部充电触点和充电座金属片，去除氧化层。
- 确认充电座已通电——检查充电座指示灯是否为绿色或蓝灯常亮。
- 将机器人留在充电座上持续充电 2–3 小时后尝试开机。
- 若电池寿命已到（使用超过 2 年且续航明显缩短），联系 TCL 售后更换电池。

The robot’s battery voltage is critically low and the robot has shut down. E9 indicates the battery voltage has dropped below the safety threshold and the robot has entered deep protection sleep mode. The robot needs to be placed on its charging dock to recharge before it can restart.
Common Causes
- The battery has been in use for a long time; the lithium battery internal resistance has increased and capacity has degraded significantly.
- The robot has not been charged for a long time; the battery has self-discharged to the over-discharge protection point.
- The charging dock is not powered or the connection is poor; the robot did not charge successfully.
- The battery BMS protection board over-discharge protection has been falsely triggered.
- The robot failed to return to the charging dock successfully, draining its battery after multiple failed docking attempts.
- Oxidized charging contacts causing poor charging connection and low charging efficiency.
Self-Check Steps
- Place the robot directly onto the charging dock, ensuring the dock indicator lights up and the robot’s charging contacts align and make good contact with the dock’s metal strips.
- Wipe the robot’s bottom charging contacts and the dock’s metal strips with a dry cloth to remove oxidation.
- Confirm the charging dock is powered — check whether the dock’s indicator light is solid green or blue.
- Leave the robot on the charging dock for 2–3 hours of continuous charging, then try to power it on.
- If the battery has reached the end of its service life (over 2 years of use with noticeably shortened runtime), contact TCL after-sales for a battery replacement.
