洗衣机门锁故障，门无法上锁或门锁信号异常。E1 表示洗衣机控制板检测到门锁机构未正常锁闭——启动洗涤或脱水程序前，门锁安全开关未能闭合。出于安全考虑，洗衣机将拒绝运行带水或高速脱水的程序。
常见原因
- 门锁（PTC 门锁或电磁门锁）内部机械卡死或锁扣磨损，无法锁合。
- 门锁线圈烧毁（开路或短路），无法产生磁力驱动锁舌。
- 门钩变形或门密封圈移位，导致门关闭后无法触发门锁微动开关。
- 门锁连接线插头松动或导线折断。
- 主板门锁检测电路元件损坏，门锁已正常锁闭但主板未检测到信号。
- 门锁内的 PTC 发热元件老化，无法维持锁闭状态。
自助排查
- 用力再关一次门，确保听到清晰的”咔嗒”锁闭声。有时门看似关上但门钩未完全入位。
- 检查门密封圈是否移位阻碍门闭合——如有移位，用手将密封圈推回原位。
- 检查门钩是否有断裂或变形——如有损坏，需更换门钩组件。
- 断电后找到门锁（位于机门锁孔处），检查连接线插头是否松动，重新插紧。
- 用万用表测量门锁线圈阻值——PTC 门锁冷态约 1kΩ–2kΩ，电磁门锁几十到几百欧姆。若为无穷大则线圈开路。
- 门锁为易损件，价格不高，可自行购买同型号门锁更换。联系 TCL 售后获取原厂配件或上门更换。

Meaning
The washing machine door cannot lock or the door lock signal is abnormal. E1 indicates the control board has detected that the door lock mechanism has not properly engaged — before starting a wash or spin cycle, the door safety switch has not closed. For safety reasons, the machine will refuse to run programs involving water or high-speed spin.
Common Causes
- The door lock (PTC door lock or solenoid door lock) is internally jammed or the latch is worn and cannot engage.
- The door lock coil is burned out (open or short circuit) and cannot generate magnetic force to drive the locking bolt.
- The door hook is deformed or the door seal has shifted, preventing the door’s closure from triggering the door lock microswitch.
- The door lock wiring connector is loose or a wire is broken.
- Components in the main board’s door lock detection circuit are damaged — the lock is actually engaged but the board doesn’t detect the signal.
- The PTC heating element inside the door lock has aged and cannot maintain the locked state.
Self-Check Steps
- Firmly close the door again and ensure you hear a clear “click” of engagement. Sometimes the door appears closed but the hook hasn’t fully seated.
- Check whether the door seal has shifted and is obstructing closure — if so, push the seal back into position by hand.
- Inspect the door hook for breakage or deformation — if damaged, replace the door hook assembly.
- After powering off, locate the door lock (at the door latch hole), check whether the wiring connector is loose, and reseat it firmly.
- Use a multimeter to measure the door lock coil resistance — PTC locks: approx. 1kΩ–2kΩ when cold; solenoid locks: tens to hundreds of ohms. An infinite reading means the coil is open.
- The door lock is a consumable part and not expensive. You can purchase a matching replacement and install it yourself. Contact TCL after-sales for genuine parts or on-site replacement.
