洗衣机 NTC 温度传感器故障。E7 表示洗衣机的温度检测回路开路或短路，控制板无法获取洗涤水温信息。温度传感器故障将导致加热功能无法正常使用，因为系统无法判断实际水温。
常见原因
- NTC 热敏电阻传感器损坏——阻值漂移、开路或短路。
- 温度传感器插头与主板连接松动或接触不良。
- 传感器探头破损进水，内部热敏元件受潮失效。
- 传感器连接线在外桶附近因振动摩擦导致绝缘破损后短路。
- 主板温度检测电路元件（分压电阻、滤波电容）损坏。
- 传感器固定卡扣断裂，探头未与水温良好接触。
自助排查
- 断电后找到温度传感器（通常安装在外桶底部或侧壁的测温孔中），检查插头是否松动。
- 用万用表测量传感器两端阻值——常温（约 25°C）时通常为 5kΩ–50kΩ（负温度系数 NTC 型）。手握传感器加热，阻值应明显下降。
- 若阻值为 0Ω 或无穷大，传感器已损坏需更换。

Meaning
The NTC temperature sensor has a fault. E7 indicates the washer’s temperature detection loop is open or shorted, and the control board cannot obtain the wash water temperature. A temperature sensor fault prevents the heating function from operating normally since the system cannot determine the actual water temperature.
Common Causes
- The NTC thermistor sensor is damaged — resistance drift, open circuit, or short circuit.
- The temperature sensor connector to the main board is loose or has poor contact.
- The sensor probe housing is cracked with water ingress; the internal thermistor element is moisture-damaged.
- The sensor connecting wire insulation near the outer tub has been worn through by vibration and friction, causing a short circuit.
- Temperature detection circuit components (divider resistor, filter capacitor) on the main board are damaged.
- The sensor fixing clip is broken and the probe is not in good contact with the water temperature.
Self-Check Steps
- After powering off, locate the temperature sensor (typically installed in a sensing port on the bottom or side of the outer tub) and check whether the connector is loose.
- Use a multimeter to measure resistance across the sensor terminals — at room temperature (~25°C), typically 5kΩ–50kΩ (NTC negative temperature coefficient type). Hold the sensor in your hand to warm it; the resistance should drop noticeably.
- If resistance is 0Ω or infinite, the sensor is damaged and needs replacement.
- Sensor replacement is straightforward — unplug the old sensor, plug in a matching new one, and ensure the probe is fully inserted. Contact TCL after-sales for genuine replacement parts.
