洗衣机主驱动电机故障——电机霍尔传感器信号丢失或电机堵转。E5 表示主板发送驱动信号后未收到电机转速反馈，或检测到电机电流异常增大。此时洗衣桶不转或转速异常。
常见原因
- 电机内置的霍尔传感器损坏，无法输出转子位置和转速信号。
- 电机绕组对地短路或匝间短路，运行电流异常。
- 电机与控制板之间的霍尔信号线束断裂或插头松动。
- 电机轴承卡死或缺油，转动阻力过大。
- 主板电机驱动电路（IPM 或 MOSFET 驱动桥）损坏。
- 皮带（皮带传动型）断裂或打滑，电机运转但桶不转。
自助排查
- 断电后用手转动洗衣桶——应能灵活转动。若转动困难，轴承可能卡死或有异物卡住。
- 对于皮带传动型洗衣机，打开后盖检查皮带是否断裂、松弛或脱落。
- 检查电机与主板之间的连接线束插头是否松动——重新插紧。
- 用万用表测量电机三相绕组的相间电阻——应平衡（几百 mΩ 到几 Ω）。对地绝缘应为无穷大。

Meaning
The main drive motor has a fault — the motor Hall sensor signal is missing or the motor is stalled. E5 indicates the main board sent drive signals but did not receive motor speed feedback, or detected abnormally increased motor current. The drum does not spin or spins abnormally.
Common Causes
- The Hall sensor built into the motor is damaged and cannot output rotor position and speed signals.
- The motor windings are shorted to ground or have an inter-turn short circuit, causing abnormal running current.
- The Hall signal wiring harness between the motor and control board is broken or the connector is loose.
- The motor bearings are seized or lack lubrication; rotational resistance is too high.
- The motor drive circuit on the main board (IPM or MOSFET H-bridge) is damaged.
- The belt (belt-drive models) is broken or slipping — the motor runs but the drum does not spin.
Self-Check Steps
- After powering off, manually spin the drum — it should rotate freely. If rotation is difficult, bearings may be seized or foreign objects may be lodged.
- For belt-drive models, open the rear cover and check whether the belt is broken, loose, or has fallen off.
- Check whether the wiring harness connector between the motor and main board is loose — reseat it firmly.
- Use a multimeter to measure resistance between the motor’s three phase windings — they should be balanced (hundreds of mΩ to a few Ω). Insulation to ground should be infinite.
